[b] at least 1 ball.

How To Play It:

[1] Player A plays the ball to Player B;

[2] After making a pass, Player A sprints to the end of the opposite line;

[3] Player B, who just received the ball, controls it with his 1st touch (with the sole of the foot) and with his 2nd touch – plays the ball back to the next player in the opposite line;

[4] After making a pass, Player B sprints to the end of the opposite line;

[5] This process goes on until the coach stops the play.

Variations:

[1] The ball can be received with the sole of the foot or with the side of the foot;

[2] The ball can be stopped completely with the first touch or players can role the ball a little bit forward with the 1st touch;

[3] The distance between opposite lines can differ: minimum - 1m, maximum – 5-6m;

[4] Depending on the distance between lines, the pass can be made with the sole of the foot, with the side of the foot or with the lob;

[5] The tempo can be slow or fast (a coach should rise the speed only, if the quality of receiving and passing has reached it's maximum level).

What a Coach Should Shout:

[1] More accurate 1st touch!

[2] More accurate passing!

[3] Quality, not the speed!

[4] Don't just run after the pass – sprint!

Important note:

[1] To avoid unnecessary confusion, after making the pass, players should always run to their right (not their left);

[2] If some of players made a bad pass and the ball went wide, then this player (not the coach!), should take the ball back to the coach and then take his place at the end of the line.
