FUTSAL WALNUT. WHAT’S IN COMMON?

 

Did you know, that during stressful times it's very good to eat walnuts? Scientist from Pennsylvania (USA) recently made some tests, that proved, that walnut decreases blood pressure during stressful situations.

Eat walnuts 3 times a week (about 50-100g each time) during breakfast or dinner! It will help you to stay mentally strong during harsh times.

For futsal managers:

When a futsal season is going to it's final, your players should be ready to “deliver” (perform well) during tough matches. Therefore, your job as a manager of a futsal team is to get them ready for it! One of many ways is to instruct your players about the power of a walnut. Do it during mid-season and remind on team meetings.

By the way, do you know, what is the best way to inform your players about products, they should prefer? If not, here's a tip for you, managers! Make a list of food, your players should prefer – most of them don't even know, how to eat right! Tell your players to hang this list in the kitchen as a reminder.
