FUTSAL MANAGEMENT:

Is Yelling Allowed For A Futsal Coach?

Yell or not yell? Does a futsal manager have to control his emotions during games or trainings? Well, it depends. Sometimes it's necessary to yell at a player - for some of them it's the only thing that will push them forward. There are some players, on the other hand, who like to work quietly and hard. These players prefer to be addressed in the same manner.

The only thing can be known for sure is, that a coach should never yell at a player if this can bring a negative effect (on the development of a player or on the course of the match). In other words a good coach must always be able to find a way and form of communication, which will bring the result!
